Spilling out onto the terrace alongside the majestic Dining Room is a lush space overflowing with green foliage reminiscent of British heritage gardens where guests will find respite in the form of the city's finest gin and tonics.
GIN O'CLOCK
Across Britain, the day’s first pint has always been governed by an unspoken rule: not before eleven. Licensing hours once began at that precise time, marking the moment when “too early” became “just right.” For some, it is superstition. For others, simply good timing. But to most Britons, 11am is the turning point. After all, a drink at ten is desperate; a drink at eleven is good manners.
And as the sun begins to dip over our Fragrant Harbour — 6pm in Hong Kong, 11am in London — the world’s most punctual drinkers are lifting their first glass. So each evening, we raise ours to them.
From $58 for select wines, gins and beers, 4-8pm, seven nights a week.
